Custom Labelling & Printing – Refund and Returns Policy

As most of our products are customised to suit your requirements we do not offer a Custom Labelling & Printing – Refund and Returns Policy for change of mind purchases.  

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours by email to info@bdtengraving.com.au and provide us with details of where the item was left, photos of the packaging and photos of the damage to the product.

In some circumstances we may require you to return the product to us.  Once this information and/or the product returned, we will advise as to whether a refund will be approved and the next steps required.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
